Project

Building from the strong drivers of hand amputee needs, currently unmet by the existing solutions in the market, the central goal of the OneHAND project is to accelerate the market introduction of a disruptive user centred approach to prosthetic hand use – OneHAND solution.

The project aims at the development and market-preparation of a Virtual Reality training platform that prepares amutees for the use of MyO controlled upper-limb prosthetic devices. It also aims to highlight the needs of the service user during the rehabilitation continuum regardless of the technology available and therefore includes rehabilitation guidelines for upper limb amputees.

Literature review and guidelines are available on https://www.ic2a.eu/onehand/
